Jason Dial

Jason, a father of five children, had an 18 year career with Procter & Gamble delivering award winning excellence in all elements of the business/marketing mix. He is known as a strategic entrepreneur and innovator with unique experiences, skills, and multiple disciplines (marketing, sales/retail, finance). Jason currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has delivered breakthrough results, and demonstrated pioneering brand building capabilities in several disciplines (marketing, sports, retail, new business models) of P&G’s $80B company. More recently, he led the P&G Global Sports Marketing organization with 300+ brands globally to deliver $500M in incremental revenue. He created two of P&G’s and the Industry’s largest and most complex sports partnerships with the NFL (13 brands), and the US Olympics (30+ brands), making P&G the first company to launch an NFL and Olympics program. Recently honored in the prestigious Sports Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” club (2009), Jason is frequently sought after for industry guest speaking roles to share his innovative Sports Marketing approach to partnerships and strategic management of a complex brand portfolio. Prior to his role in sports marketing, Jason pioneered retail/customer marketing for P&G on the 100-person P&G-Target team (second largest global customer for P&G).
John Ballantine

John Ballantine has more than 22 years of management experience in the Internet and computer sector as an industry expert renowned in eCommerce, software, and online direct marketing. He co-founded Online Interactive, Inc. (OLI) and served as its Executive Vice President, later serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. John served 9 years as founder and in executive management of Aptimus (formerly FreeShop.com), a direct online marketing company, leading Aptimus to a successful IPO. He has experience with non-profit organizations having served on the board of Working Wonder’s Children’s Museum assisting with strategic vision and fundraising programs.
Mike Golub
Chief Operating Officer, Portland Timbers
Mike Golub is the Chief Operating Officer for the newly formed Portland Timbers of the MLS. Mike has more than 25 years experience in professional sports marketing and management, including a wealth of experience in Portland and the Pacific Northwest. Golub assumed the position of COO with the Timbers in March 2010 after previously serving as a consultant with the organization. In his position, Golub will oversee all business operations. Golub served as the Chief Operating Officer for the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers from 2006-08, transforming the team’s business and brand into one of the most successful in professional sports. With Nike (1996-99), he was a founding member and director of Nike Sports Entertainment, a global sports marketing division that established new strategic alliances and created and administered Nike-owned sporting events. A graduate of Dartmouth College with a master’s degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Golub also brings considerable experience in a variety of major league sports. He served as the Executive Vice President for the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies from 2000-05 and was the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Marketing Officer for the National Hockey League’s New York Rangers prior to joining the Trail Blazers in October 2006.
Andrew Swinand
Partner, Abundant Ventures
Prior to founding founding Abundant Ventures, Andrew was president at Starcom MediaVest Group, where he led global operations, the agency’s human experience network, and the agency’s B2B and technology practice. Andrew rose through the ranks at Starcom having entered the organization via Starcom IP, the agency’s digital unit. He began his professional career as an account supervisor at BBDO in Los Angeles, then served as a brand manager in P&G’s beauty care group, and later became a marketing director for reflect.com. Andrew proudly served his country as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army, after receiving his degree from the Wharton School of Business. Regarded as an innovative leader by the industry at large, Andrew has been recognized by Advertising Age as a Media Maven, was included in Mediaweek’s “Power 50”, appeared on the Crain’s Chicago Business 40 under 40 list, and was inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement in 2008. He also continues to be dynamic in interactive marketing serving on multiple boards. Andrew and his wife of 20 years, Laura, currently live in Evanston, Illinois with their twins, Tanner and Georgia, along with a zoo of pets.
